Is it okay to use any bag to put laundry in?

AAnything within 45L is fine. 45L plastic bags are the most common size in Japan. You can also purchase it at convenience stores and hotels.

Can I cancel after applying?

AWe will make arrangements for collection immediately and head to the collection location, so cancellations cannot be made after the application has been submitted. Depending on the timing, it may be possible to change the time or date, so please contact us using the inquiry form.

ANot used. Unlike monthly plans, we cannot keep the bottle for you, but if you include a single dose of fabric softener in it, you can use it to wash your clothes.

AWe are very sorry, but specifying the folding method is only available on monthly plans. This is not available as a one-time plan.

APick-up and delivery is possible even if you are not present. You can choose between a delivery box, a concierge, etc. placed in front of your door when you apply.

It took about 45 minutes after I made the request to have it picked up. This was helpful because my washing machine suddenly broke down and I didn't have time to go to the laundromat. As we are run by a small number of people, we will continue to use this service during busy periods or when we are absent from work.
On weekdays, I get home late and don't have time to do laundry, so I ask them to do my laundry once a week. Since I have different return times, it is very convenient to request delivery on the same day and have it picked up in 90 minutes.
Basically, we do our own laundry, but when the amount of laundry temporarily increases or when we can't dry it due to rain, we request a one-time laundry service. Many businesses accept credit card payments, but you can also pay by invoice (bank transfer), which is convenient.
I use it when I go on long business trips. It is very easy to use as you just hand it to the hotel front desk. The hotel's laundry is being used by someone else, so sometimes you can't use it when you want to use it, so I decided to use it as a laundry service because I didn't want to wait.
